I wanted to repeat my results from last time of at least making the Top 32, but I lost 4:1 to World Ranked #7 Mima Ito in the Round of 64 in Women’s Singles. Wu Yue and I also reached last 32 in Women’s Doubles before bowing out to Egypt. We didn’t quite reach our goals and expectations, but it is always unbelievably cool to even just compete in a World Championships and we were able to learn so much from the experience. A huge thanks to the entire team and everyone else supporting us - coaches, sponsors, family, and friends.
