Thank you❤️ I’m not 100% yet, still some throat pain and coughing (and I don’t fully trust I’m “I’m the clear” after this dragging on for so long) but I have way more energy and feel better than I have in months. Done with the raw diet - I just felt done and think my body had the clearing it needed. Still drinking lemon water and celery juice, still not drinking coffee (actually I may never pick that one back up!) and still keeping alcohol and sugar to a minimum (moving back to a solid medium)😌 LISTEN TO YOUR BODIES PEOPLE! Mine was in need of a reset. And rest. Still working on that last one... Not sure if chasing behind a toddler at 180mph counts as resting but I’ll take it.
