Ironically, it’s the hardest thing simply trying to find the words. Too many people to adequately prop for the sweat, blood and tears. Too many people to thank for the endless prayers and support along the way, from way back when to this very day. Too many people to hope and believe will in some way, find something in these songs that reminds them again, or reveals to them for the very first time—just how good this grace on repeat that we’ve been given is—beyond words, and beyond music, and far and away beyond any of us—and yet—our call and response is as simple as loving God—and loving people—as people loved by God. That’s the prayer, the hope and the dream.. that it helps bring us together around the only thing can mend the brokenness in us, and in a world as fractured as ours—the endless wonder of the Gospel! angela.chanelle Um. No. Jesus is "towering" over us. He lives in us. I hope you repent from your wicked ways Joel houston and come back to the Lord. Carl Lentz has embodied the Spirit of the Anti Christ, and you have been misled, greatly, and that is why you soul suffers REPENT or that suffering will be eternal. I cannot listen to your songs anymore because God made it very clear that you cannot love the things of this world and him at the same time and it is evident by the fruit that you bear that your tree has gone rotten and you make too much mention of the created rather than the creator. Also, your "church" is full of sexual deviates, the sexually immoral and predatory paedophiles. It is no a church of God any more, it is the church of Satan since you joined with the Anti Christ. If you don't come out of this "spell" you are under, then you will be destroyed because of it. The whole body of Christ was under strain when you walked away from God, but if you choose to continue to be a toxic member, God will have no problem cutting you out and throwing you into the fire like a ruptured appendix. If you are of no use, you are of no use, and as a member of the body of Christ, I don't want to see that so REPENT because in the current state you are in, you are toxic to us all. craigbird77 @joelhouston I haven’t listened to the music yet, but THANK YOU! Thanks for being vulnerable and open. There’s no denying the global significant impact of HILLSONG on this generation. A long time ago I grew weary of the slick polished Christian life and replaced it with a version that acknowledged HIS power being made perfect in my weakness, a KINTSUGI type of Christianity. Life isn’t black or white, in or out, yes or no..... there’s stuff in between. I can’t imagine what it’s like to carry the weight of responsibilities you, your parents, siblings and others carry.... so THANK YOU. Be assured of my prayers. And keep going in this direction. 👍
