To create the Syntopia ‘Mimesis’ mini corset dress, bird soundwave patterns are laser-cut of stainless steel and black cotton to then be heat-bonded to transparent black acrylic coverts, layered like a feather’s architecture. The second detail shows the 'Data Dust' dress, in which parametric patterns have been computationally distorted, foam-lifted, laser-cut and then heat-bonded onto an invisible silk tulle, creating radiant glitches. The Between The Lines 'Blaschka' black dress, is made from a soft 3D hand-casted transparent PU, hand-painted through injection molding, and lined with a fine silk tulle. Followed by the ‘Between the lines’ dress, which is sculptured from black laser-cut leather.
