I enjoy listening to podcasts like @1stphorm CEO @andyfrisella MFCEO podcast to recenter myself and help me refocus on what’s important. Just as I was getting back into working out from recovering from surgery, I randomly suffered from a seizure and was put back in hospital for 2 days. (I have a cavernoma in my brain-an abnormal blood vessel that causes seizures) . One thing I promise this has drummed home more than anything- y’all we only get one chance at this life. If you’re not working towards the things you want to accomplish then what the fuck are you really doing? There actually isn’t any time to waste. . One moment I was standing normally in a store and the next moment I was waking up in an ambulance and that’s how quickly life can come for you. .
