DROP-SETS! One of the best ways to recruit more muscle fibers and grow your muscles faster! When you lift a certain weight and rep it out until failure, you can actually still recruit some fiber muscle fibers if you immediately drop the weight and lift slightly less weight in quick succession. This is called drop sets and I often do it with my upper body workouts such as bis, tris, back and shoulders. Be sure to set up several stacks of weights ahead of time or drop the weight with cables but be sure to rep until failure and then continue to rep it out lowering the weight. This is highly effective and you should get a nice pump and burn. You will get better results with drop sets so try it out! It burns so good!
