Going into it, I knew I wanted to staff as many positions with women as possible. After years in this industry, I am still amazed by how rare it is to see women behind the camera, especially on lingerie shoots (which is/should be one of the most female-focused facets of fashion!). So much of what we see and what is specifically marketed to women is dictated by men. It’s time to change that, and it’s on us to do so. We made it a priority during the whole process, and thanks to an incredible and talented group of WOMEN, our vision came to life despite incredibly challenging conditions.
