Filling:
1/2 cup soaked & drained blanched almonds
1/2 cup soaked & drained raw cashews
1/2 cup coconut shreds
3 tbsp coconut nectar or a syrup of your choice
2-3 tbsp melted coconut
1 tbsp high quality matcha powder

Cream frosting:
5-6 tbsp vegan softened cream cheese
5-6 tbsp vegan softened butter
1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
.
Chocolate layer:
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2/3 cup cacao powder
4 tbsp coconut nectar/maple syrup
