I said I would upload a few exercises that I DO to help with my posture, so here they are! These are some of exercises I have used to increase back muscle control and improve my overall posture💪💪. To make this a full workout, try 10-12 reps of each exercise (per side if it’s a single side exercise). It’s important to keep these slow and controlled!
