Week 2 of #transform20 got a step, yeah, that's going to take some practice not to fall over or misplace a foot. Today was titled "Stronger",but I'm not. After I was done, I broke down and sobbed. Sobbed because of the time I've lost. Sobbed because I'm alone in this. Really. Alone.
Sobbed because I can't move like #ShaunT is pushing us to. The step is killer because Shaun uses it in ways you would never think of.
Sobbed because I feel, even though I did my best, I gave up on some moves.
Sobbed because my brain thinks one way. But my body says NO.

This has been the most challenging year of my life. I’ve been pushing hard and I can’t wait to see the changes! I’m going into the climb phase and I’m so committed! Thank you Shaun! I love your heart so much! I’ve done insanity and T25 but Transform 20 is doing so much for me! Thank you!

I was so hesitant to try transform 20 because I’m so not coordinated, but I pushed play and now I’m so addicted! I’m almost done with week 2 and excited to climb?. You taught me to believe I can and Do! Thank you Shaun T!
