It’s been a minute since I last posted about food! I have made so many pizzas and have always forgotten to take a picture! And people, it’s delicious.
Crust-
1 cup almond flour
2 TB tapioca flour
1 egg (I use egg replacer = vegan)
1 TB avocado oil
1 TB apple cider vinegar
1 tsp herbs de Provence
Pink Himalayan sea salt
Toppings-
Tomato paste
Tomatoes
Almond milk ricotta
Arugula
Basil
Leeks
🙌🏼 Oven at 350. Bake the crust first, once it’s lightly toasted top it and put it back in until everything’s warm. Maybe even a little convection bake or broil at the end if you like things more crispy and toasted!
Once you stop buying pre-made products from the store, you realize how easy it is to make things from scratch. Give it a try!

Not to change the subject but when my wife I moved to Arizona in 06 I went from a 49er to a Cardinal and the next year to the playoffs and my brother in law and I said we would take a shot of Crown for every touchdown scored,not a problem till we played Green Bay and the score was forty something to fifty something as I don't remember much of the last quarter and we did finally beat Aaron,a very tough game.??
