I know a lot of ladies are interested to know what kind of food I eat to stay healthy! A few things I eat EVERY week to keep me feeling energised are lentil soup, pasta with red sauce, home made pizza, boiled greens with lemon (vlita or horta for my Greek friends), home made spinach and cheese pastry (spanakopita) plus SALAD with most meals.
