Favorite go to exercises for your hammies and glutes!
Stiff leg dead lifts - 15 x 3 (progress weight each set in all exercises)
Leg press (feet placed high) 15 x 3
Push downs on the pull up machine. 15 x 3
Barbell hip thrusts 15 x 3
After your last set of hip thrusts put the weight back to your starting weight and add some booty bands, then do reps until failure. You'll barely get off the floor 😅
