And now Easter is on the horizon?! I've decided I'm ready for someone else to do the heavy lifting on this holiday. Enter wholefoods. I did a test run earlier this week to ensure that my plan would work and, I have to say, I knocked it out of the park. Or rather, I did with their help. ..... I simply placed an order online for everything I needed to make a spectacular meal with minimal effort. A Spiral Sliced Ham with Maple Mustard Glaze, Asparagus with Lemon, Parsley and Roasted Almonds, Potato Gratin with Gruyère and Roasted Beets and Shallots with Sherry-Shallot Vinaigrette. And the best part? They made dessert, too! A Berry Chantilly Cake (I added some extra berries for good measure) that won collective oohs and aahs from not only myself but all four of my children as well. They 1000% approved of my test-run Easter dinner. And all I needed to do was walk into my favorite local #WholeFoodsMarket and they loaded up my cart with my preorder. I paired their chef-developed deliciousness with daffodils from our garden and our favorite homemade rolls.
