Sadly, a day into our stay, I caught a fever which later turned out to be strep throat. I left early, which was a shame, because the resort is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. They gave us the two penthouse suites above the spa with private facilities for massage, facials, nails- whatever we needed to enjoy ourselves, decompress and have fun. We were truly pampered and spoiled in the most glorious way. - a new experience for me.
