Slice sausage in half lengthwise, then cut into slices. Heat cast iron skillet over med high heat, then add 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Add sausage and cook until browned on both sides. Remove to a bowl and set aside. Add remaining 1 tbsp coconut oil, then add kale. Lower heat down to medium, and stir kale around until just wilted. I like to use tongs to flip over and rotate in skillet. Add your cooked chicken sausage back into skillet on top of kale. Make little wells with the back of a spoon and crack eggs into them. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for about 5 minutes or until egg whites are set.」4月11日 22時00分
