We walked the halls, and had intimate meetings with senators, and other men and women of Congress both democratic and republican...helping reform/change laws to help All our fellow music creators. I got to witness the universal language of music in full power today. We spoke and shared our stories, fighting to ensure that our next generations of poets/artists/songwriters/performers have the foundation they need to grow and pursue their passion thru access to music/arts education. We also stood for all our working musicians rights to be properly compensated for the work they bestow upon this country. Its our Constitutional Right.
