I have good days and I have bad days, today is a rough one for me because since the moment I woke up i’ve been doubting myself and my lifestyle. But IT’S OKAY! I try to keep telling myself, it’s okay. We all struggle and we all go through the rollercoaster of emotions, because that’s what makes us human. I’ve learned lately never too apologize for my feelings but to embrace them! So I guess what i’m trying to say is...it’s okay to feel low because that motivates you to go higher.
