Bit deep for a Monday but I thought this message was important.
So many of us lavish love, affection, time and energy on people and things that make us feel bad about ourselves and give us nothing in return.
You must love yourself first because that’s who you’ll be spending the rest of your life with. And I know from personal experience that when you nurture yourself and allow yourself to grow, amazing things happen. You become better, stronger, happier and more positive. And we all deserve to feel like that.
Instead of investing so much in others, work on being in love with that amazing person in the mirror who has been through so much and is still standing, still smiling.

You are brave, you are beautiful, you are powerful beyond measure and you deserve to feel love. So love yourself first... and then who knows what might happen?! 😍 #bemagnetic 🧲
