Been a WHILE since I’ve done any block work. Some people love them, I however feel like a fish out of water on them. Especially mid/high blocks. Just gettin some work in with some doubles and (finally) singles! I’m excited to be moving out of the triples & doubles after what feels like a loooooonnngggg volume block @roguefitness
