Just be careful because if anyone decides to order from west elm, there is a chance your long awaited headboard can get damaged and then they tell you it will take 7 - 10 days after you’ve paid weeks for it in advance. Also, customer service will tell you that they are sorry but not offer ANY compensation for a bed you’ve paid over $1K for! 🤔😡

jillawild We purchased this duvet cover and it’s been awful. Before I even got the insert in, the buttons on the closer started falling off. After about three months one of the strings that holds the insert in place fell off. Soon after it got a small snag hole that now is the size of Texas. Such a let down for the price we paid... 😧
