The Princess Royal and The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester also attended the reception. The NCVO represents a diverse community of over 14,000 member organisations of all sizes – a third of the voluntary sector workforce in England - and the reception highlighted the achievements of voluntary action over the last 100 years. Tonight, The Queen met volunteers from all different charities including Louise Munro who is Helpforce’s Young Volunteer of the Year.
