It became illegal to pay someone of either gender less based on the same work in 1963. It’s literally called The Equal Pay act of 1963. The so called gender gap is because a lot of women do jobs that don’t pay as much as others like teaching at a school. Or the fact they might just not do as much overtime as the males that do even the same job. Maybe you should learn more before you comment lies. @mrapinoe
