I once used a counting app for my Apple Watch to tick every negative thought I had. After about a month of HUNDREDS of negative thoughts per day I started refraining the neg. they are still there but not as many and I can head a shit load off before they spiral.

Meditation has been great for me in conjunction with medications. Each person has to do what is right for them. I am always thinking got thought for those who suffer. Find peace my friend. Know you are loved. Even by those you do not even know. ((Hugs))
