Never without my little stone @vitruvi oil diffuser. My favorite part about diffusing oils is coming up with blends and scent combinations that can help with whatever I am up to at the moment. At night I like a mixture of lavender and bergamot, but when I’m working (like last night, trying to finish all emails and editing before I leave for Morocco) I like a blend that helps with focus. 5 drops Rosemary + 7 drops Cedarwood helps center me. Do you diffuse oils at home? I’d love to hear some of your favorite combinations. And PS, if you don’t have a @vitruvi oil diffuser in your life yet, you can use my code prettylittlefawn for 20% off. You can use the code on oils and oil blends too, so if you’re not ready to make your own blends, check out some of theirs - dusk (pictured above) is a personal favorite of mine. #onlyessentials #vitruvi #sponsored

YES to oils and diffusing!!! I love to diffuse Frankincense and Valor for that extra boost of courage and clarity, especially if I'm going to be in front of people. This one, I put in a roller ball: Liquid Chill - Stress Away, Lavender, Valor, Patchouli, and Vetiver. It's pretty much the bomb dot com when you need instant rest and relaxation. I roll it on my wrists and the back of my neck before bed and I'm out in a deep, peaceful sleep. 😴

I diffuse oils sometimes but generally prefer candles or incense. Oils are a bit of an afterthought tbh since we use our diffusers as mini humidifiers and adding a scent is sort of just a nice bonus. I love using white sage oil or a thieve’s oil blend though. Lemongrass and sweet orange oil are favorites too. I have a decent collection of essential oils to blend but I got them mostly for baths.

To keep me energized, my fave blend is 4 drops orange, two drops rosemary, and three drops cinnamon! I’m also a huge fan of the blend that Aveda salons use, which is 3 drops lavender, 3 drops peppermint, 2 drops rosemary, and 2 drops lime. I find a lot of different blends on Pinterest. I work in an early childcare center and the kids love to come into my office and try to guess the smells. ☺️

@daffodil_living because we have Sprint, we’ve actually been totally covered in every foreign country we’ve visited. It’s not the best plan in general, but it comes in really handy for travel. As far as WiFi, we make sure our Airbnb’s have it because it’s not a given that businesses in other countries will have it for you to use (like at cafes and restaurants).

@fotosquare we’re actually on a press trip, so this flight was handled by the company sending us there! I’m new to the whole upgrading system so I’m not entirely sure how to do it yet. After this flight I’m definitely going to investigate.

Random question but how do you go about WiFi and using your phone in a different country? I’m going to Italy next week for the first time ever and have no idea about whether I should get an international plan or just use WiFi. Any tips?
