Ice climbing is arduous. In exchange for a day in the mountains with our friends we challenge our bodies. Our skin is burnished by wind and sun. When I’m home, @dovemencare body washes and bars provide the nourishment my skin needs and sets it up for the next challenge. #DoveMenPartner
Some people think ice climbing is a crazy pursuit. Why we do it is a bit of a mystery. At the end of the day it makes me feel alive.
At the edge of climbing you have the realization that it’s what you live for. These life defining moments are what I live for.

Can’t believe how many people are so put off by this post. The man doesn’t advertise often. I’m sure he rolled his eyes before this picture was taken but it helps him live a wonderfully adventurous lifestyle. 🙄 I’d do the same thing if given the opportunity. ☮️

I saw you at the gym a few minutes ago. It was all I could do not to beg for a photo as it looked like you were enjoying your auto belay climbing. I hope that one day I move so smoothly up the wall and so easily down climb!
