Dress by @fashionnova Every mother has that moment where they hit the floor. Mine was yesterday. London would not stop crying. I was by myself. I had a guy installing our security system. Trying to show me all the features while she’s screaming her head off. I was beside myself. My postpartum hormones were getting the best of me. I just broke down and started to cry. I say this to say “it’s ok” it’s ok to feel like you don’t have your shit together. None of us do! At times it can be so overwhelming the life you once knew seems so far away. So much change all at once. But these challenges will make you stronger. Grow you in ways you never thought possible. Just remember...you are not alone, your doing great! Keep up the good work. That beautiful baby needs you! I’m saying this to myself lol...love you guys xo (for the grammar and spelling police I don’t give a fuck)

From one mama to another, we’ve all been there. Keep up the amazing work, babies aren’t easy and it takes much time to adjust to a new human that needs us 24/7. Life with children doesn’t get easier, we just learn to adjust, multitask and make the best of every little moment. Parenting takes the best out of us but the reward is in your arms and after much time of learning, addressing and knowledge of it all it’s like we new our task all along. Allow the time you have alone, even for 5 min to relax and take it all in. We’re all here on this journey too. Many blessings, strength and support to you and your loved ones.🙏🏼💕

You just have to think to yourself, hold it together. Your letting life get to you, it’s all mental. If you tell yourself it’s all in my head, this isn’t really that bad, it could be so much worse, that’s what I do and it works well for me. Hope you fell better!
