This Texas elementary school teacher turned her students’ artwork into a dress. Rebecca Bonner, who teaches art in Highland Village, Texas, asked her 580 students — from ages 3-11 — to use sharpies and fabric markers on a white dress she purchased off Amazon. “We talked about how we had to be respectful of each other’s artwork and chose images that I would like on my dress,” Bonner said of the design process for the garment, which was meant to build excitement about art as part of an annual school-wide art show.
