Last night I had the unbelievable honor of introducing Vice President @joebiden at the #BidenCourageAwards here in NYC. In 2014, VP Biden and President @Barack Obama launched their non-profit program @itsonus. An organization committed to combating campus sexual violence by empowering students to (in Joe’s words) “holler!!” and intervene when witnessing sexual harassment/assault/abuse. He told anyone who’d listen that “we have to change the culture.” Met some real life super heroes last night, including @respected_mind and @vladcarrasco (both of whom will hold public office one day... I’m sure of it.) who both refused to be bystanders. Beyond proud to be a part of last nights event. Uncle Joe rules.
