The Prince and The Duchess today visited a paladar, part of the increasingly popular selection of private restaurants in Cuba. #RoyalVisitCuba
The Prince of Wales was invited to grind sugar cane in the traditional way - the liquid is used to sweeten drinks.
TRH tasted some Cuban dishes, including moro y cristianos, rice made with black beans, and local cheeses.
