I’ve not been sent an ink cartridge for 3 YEARS. HP can send me a notice warning me about using “unauthorized” Hp ink I had to buy myself from target but can’t send a replacement cartridge that they’re supposed to? Hp has no problem charging me every month for the last four years but won’t send the product they’ve promised? I’ve been trying to get ANYONE at HP instantink to fulfill their contract. All I get in return is dropped calls from them and slow as crap automated bots that can not help me.

I’m hoping that by leaving these comments maybe someone at HP will finally get back to me and send the cartridge out that they owe me. THREE YEARS without a replacement? And the constant emails from HP saying the ink in my printer is unauthorized? Wtf? It’s your ink!
