They were trying a plant based diet, the same way people try a keto diet, and now they are simply off the diet and onto a new diet.  2. 🍉Not all people on a plant based diet chose healthy foods, or a complete diet just like people on a non plant based diet, you can easily become deficient in something if you only drink water for a month (this is a real example of an ex plant based influencer) or you eat just fruit, or don’t eat foods with your omegas, etc.  3. 🥝There is NOTHING you need from meat, eggs or dairy that you can not get from a healthier plant based source. So anyone saying they need to eat fish for their health is lying. Point blank. What they might mean is they need DHA or omegas for heart and brain health. Where do you think these fish get theirs from!? Algae, seaweed, PLANTS YO!! don’t be fooled. Getting your omegas from fish is about as efficient as getting your hydration from drinking Coca Cola.  4.🥦 Don’t be discouraged new vegans, you are on the right path, for your own health, for the animals and for the planet! Eat a diet full of fruits, veggies, grains, legumes and get your extra vit D if you feel like you need a boost from the SUN! Yes that’s right ☀️ also use nutritional yeast to get a ton of b vitamins including your b12! And it tastes AMAZING!  5. 🥬Proof. I have NEVER eaten fish and I have not eaten meat in almost 30 years. Trust me, you don’t need that shit. I am healthy, my skin is glowing (since I ditched dairy and eggs 6 years ago) my hair and nails grow fast and thick and my muscles are strong!
