melissypote @ikeausa I have a customer service complaint that I need escalated. We spent thousands of dollars on an ikea kitchen three years ago, and then decided to add to it by building an island. We purchased countertops that were the same stone with the same name as the original, only to discover that the slab does NOT match at all. We were NEVER informed by any of the sales associates that this countertop was discontinued. Incredibly disappointed and even more disappointed to be told by your customer service team that nothing can be done. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on ikea products in the past, but now will likely never purchase from you again.

soltyvidal IKEA has cost me 4,000 USD on furniture they shipped to the wrong state. Blocked my credit card, waiting on a refund process for days now. Supervisors on customer support lying to me for the past 10 days. In the meantime I can’t use my credit card and I have no furniture to sleep in. Just moved in to an empty apartment and I have NO furniture . Worst 10 days ever. Not purchasing or recommending IKEA ever again
