Indonesian authorities arrested a tourist who was trying to smuggle a drugged orangutan out of the country inside a rattan basket placed in his luggage, conservation official says. Officials said the tourist told authorities that he bought the baby orangutan for $3,000 from a market on Indonesia's main island of Java after being told by a friend that he could bring it home as a pet.
