I’ve been practicing yoga for about 7 years now. Ever since my first class I felt a deep connection with the practice. My love for yoga took me to incredible places inward as well as outside world. I’ve been to yoga retreats in India and Sri Lanka, as well as Massachusetts and upstate NY. No matter the destination I always find that place inside me that Silence, an Observer, Space, All and Nothing - many words come to mind to describe it.
