yotepaws So ive heard some stories where declawing cats was necessary, like in the case of disabled or special needs cats. I dont support declawing unless it may be medically necessary. Does this ban proposal account for situations like these? I would imagine if a ban was in place then maybe they would have to review on a case by case basis for situations where declawing is necessary
