hpsmile22 @target worst customer service experience today! I made an online at 6:15am this morning. Arrive to the store at 3:30pm today to pick up the “ready in two hours” order which was not ready for pick up. An associate explained that the ordering system has not been working all day. Store supervisor advised customer service to contact target.com. I am appalled by the representative I spoke with via telephone. She was working off of a script instead of giving me true answers as a csr. She was unable to cancel my order because it was out of the time frame? I was perplexed by this answer as to what “time frame” since I hadn’t even been able to pick up the phantom order. Said she would escalate the issue to have the order cancelled. I asked when the money in my account would be taken off of pending status since I don’t want the merchandise anymore due to the lack of customer service. I was told that there would be no time frame that it could take up to a week. To me from a customer stand point if an order issue is out of my control, my account should not suffer from your IT issues. I also can’t believe I was advised that this was just standard procedure and when I asked multiple times to speak to a superior above the csr, I was denied each time. I shop in your stores every single week and have never imagined I would receive such horrible customer service.

elanapineda_ You guys should be really working on the jean sizes for A New Day and Universal Threads. There’s not size 00 and a 0 literally feels like I’m wearing a size two. All the sizes don’t make any sense!
