I went to a hypnotist, that’s how I did it, but I think we were successful because I was ready to not be held hostage by a box of leaves. Not to say it was easy, sometimes it still isn’t, but I think that’s what keeps me from starting again- knowing I would eventually have to quit again. And this time without the help of copious amounts of whiskey, but that’s a story for another day- March 29th- to be exact. Long story short, if I can do it, anyone can. Even you! Also- it’s really bad for your skin and if health isn’t a deciding factor, let vanity be. 😏
