As most of you know, I have a severe allergy to wool, cashmere, down, shearling, lambs wool, gaberdine, angora basically EVERYTHING that keeps you warm in frigid 5 degree NYC winters— except fur. As a result, I had to wear ( and believe me I hated it) fur for the worst 2 months of the year. For the last few years I’ve been actively looking for alternatives and have basically been wrapping myself in faux down comforters from Bed Bath & Beyond. Super comfy and warm, not great for premieres or fancy work events. But NOW! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 there is @hofnyc! They make the most beautiful, warm, faux fur I’ve ever seen and they have at least 5 styles I want! No, I am not the spokesperson but I may as well be because I’m going to LIVE in their coats, capes, jackets & shrugs from this moment on!
