In my opinion, very few people have been as Magical, trascendental and Powerful as Steve Jobs. Two things in life that bother me is the fact that both Steve and Osho left their bodies before I was ready to meet them. When they were alive, I was an idiot, so what’s the purpose of such a meeting? And when I was ready to meet them, they left. Just look at the importance that Steve Jobs has had on the Planet: Thanks to the iPhone, the Apple App Store came into being, and without it, BJWT wouldn’t exist, because Social Media would not exist. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Waze, Uber, Snapchat, Shazam, and literally millions of other apps that have changed and united the world exist thanks to Steve’s Magical touch. Some people reading this have never used a CD or had to buy a shelf to store CD’s, they never used a Sony Discman that had a 10 second skip protection, remember? What I admire the most about Steve Jobs is that his creativity stemmed from his Love of life and beauty, this is what made him super special. It sounds like I’ve met him, but the thing is that him and I share that same Love for beauty and functionality. As thankful as I am towards him for making my life and the lives of millions way better, I get sad and angry at him for not checking up his cancer properly at an earlier stage. Osho used to say that a real Artist was never happy with his work, that he or she always felt that it was incomplete, fueling this way the need to continue creating. In my opinion, Steve’s death is the same: He left us, the people that Loved and admired him, with a sense of being incomplete, fueling this way our need to continue creating beautiful things and situations. I’ll meet my Heroes someday, but until then, let’s make the world a better place...
