I know it’s not easy to shut your brain on a golf course, cause when you just came out of the lesson and you have so many things to work on....🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I always try to make it as easy as possible! I would say 1 max 2 swing thoughts will be more then enough to stay relax and hit it good on the course. Maybe for somebody it’s going to be a specific move, someone else will try to think about tempo... it’s really up to you and what works for you. Last week I was really thinking a lot about my weight transfer.
