caitlin_mcglaun Does anyone at West Elm respond to messages or have any customer service at all!? Your customer service is not existent and the worst I have seen! Ordered a console in July of 2018. Yes you heard right. 2018!!!! And it still won’t be delivered until April. This is outrageous. No one will answer any of my emails. Ever again will I buy from this store

justjustine30 I bought an entire bed set from you, shorty after a comforter ($300) started to fray. I contacted customer service and was told the comforter was no longer available. I was offered a whopping $25 gift card for the trouble. I never received anything and I’ve contacted your company several times now!!! Terrible products, service and company.
