@honest I’ve been a bundle subscriber and have always had my orders process and ship. My last order did not process in the 1-3 business days, it took 4 and the shipping is now taking a week and a half for them to arrive. I called customer service and was given the run-around about a different distributor, which is fine. I’m just totally confused why an order placed on 3/12 is not arriving to me until 3/29? I’m going to run out of diapers and have to purchase from the store. It kind of defeats the purpose of ordering the bundle. Customer service did offer a 10% off of my next bundle but that really doesn’t help or explain why this current bundle is taking almost 3 weeks to arrive to us. I’m disappointed because this has not been our experience so far and I was not prepared for it to take this long.

@hippieknows @ellechanteljuanita just FYI, I’ve been using the diapers for about five years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They were the only diapers that didn’t give my first son a rash and my daughter has super sensitive skin and they have been great for her too.
The wire in the diaper is super scary but to me it is one of those incredibly rare exception things and now that someone else has experienced it you are 100 times less likely to experience it yourself. BUT, as always with parenting, it’s important to do what’s right for you and your family and make the best decision that YOU can based on your family. Doesn’t matter what works or doesn’t work for others. :) Congrats on your upcoming arrival!

@cellliott don’t bother ordering, I have been a loyal customer the past 10 months, the only brand diaper my wee man has had on his bum. I too live in Canada but they don’t accept international returns, I found out the hard way after placing a large order... they offered a credit on my next order. Went to place my next order today, I had to go through another 20 minute phone call because the credit was not on my account and now they are reducing the credit because there is no record of the previous call. Save yourself the bother that I have had to go through... I now need to source a new diaper!!! @honest

If you use The Honest Company diapers and have ordered within the last 2 months, CHECK THEM! My little girl kept screaming on the way home from my sisters last night saying something was hurting her. I thought maybe there was a toy in her car seat. We got home and she kept saying “ouch”, so we checked her pjs and diaper.... there was a wire in her diaper poking her!!! I went to check other diapers and I found 4 diapers with wire in them! 😩
