Let’s have a chat....I recently did a few Sunday Q&As on various topics and since then my DMs have definitely seen an increase in the amount of advice you guys are after (which is ironic as I barely know how I’m getting through life myself 🤦🏽♀️) Anyway, I want to film an IGTV going through some of your questions but will only be selecting 5-10 to talk about and each video will have a different topic. As someone who’s never gone to the gym and exercises really rarely (due to the job which requires a lot of office working hours and different shifts throughout the month), I have the issue that both my body and my mind are tired on daily basis after finishing work. In addition to that, my metabolism is quite bad. I motivated myself and I started doing some exercises for toning my legs, and I do that before I go to sleep. I can actually see the results. I also dance, even when I’m tired. I just have to.👌🏻 I started walking a lot, as the weather is getting nicer. My question is: how often and for how long should we exercise on daily/weekly basis? I know a lot of people with the same struggle. 💜

what’s the secret to staying motivated? ( like for me, even though i workout on a regular schedule, i keep getting injured from cheering, so i have to stop working out. after i recover, it’s hard to find any motivation.)

I’m getting back into fitness after injury-rest-Injury-repeat for several years.. what would you recommend as a starting point as I am very bad at walking before I run 🏃♀️ x

i want to stop in the middle of my workout ..not because i am tired but i just feel like i don't want to do it anymore why is that ? is it normal ?😭
