The lift that got me on to my first Senior International Team outside of the USA 💥 & quite possibly the most epic photo of me that will ever be taken! 📷: @hookgrip 🔥 Today i received my invite for the British Open and will be competing in Coventry in early June!! This was a more competitive ranking system to make the team than Vegas with only being able to send a certain amount of athletes and I am so honored to have made the cut. Thank you @usa_weightlifting (cc @a.phil ) so much for the opportunity to go compete in the UK for Team USA! 🇺🇸 I never dreamed I would be doing things like this when I started out my career in the sport, but i sure as heck have earned every step of it all. #strengthfromstruggle
