I’m convinced my hard skydiving landing is how my back injury originated. Since then I’ve had to be extremely cautious with weight lifting, weary of the negative impact an even worse injury could have on my well being. The past 2 weeks I’ve committed to doing hot yoga nearly every day, and I’ve found this not only relieves my injury, but strengthens the surrounding muscles and is super detoxifying. The heat has also had a positive impact on my skin. It forces me to drink more water and live a healthier lifestyle. Have you ever tried hot yoga?
