Something every athlete has to learn is to deal with frustration.
When training isn't going well, you mess up a comp or you fail on a project you get frustrated with yourself. You can't really change that, but you can learn how to deal with it and how to turn it into something positive.
Everybody needs to find his/her own strategy to do so. My way of dealing with it is to analyze what went wrong and then focus on the future.
From a comp you messed up, from failing on a project or a bad training you can learn a lot and realizing that can improve your performance next time.
Failing is part of the game, the question is what you make of it!
