So.. @bradley_beesley made our great great Documentary..The Fearless Freaks ( The Life Of The Flaming Lips) back in 2004.. he is starting to put together a Netflix/Hulu/ HBO style Documentary Series that will update what has happened since the first one..The new series ( tentatively called The Sound They Made Was Love) will include all of what Bradley covered in the Fearless Freaks movie AND it will also be EVEN more in-depth.. he’s thinkin at least 6 or 7 episodes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. this pic above is my younger brother Mark and ME!!! I think I am probably 16 or 17 years old and this is around 1977-1978-1979.. my hair is flat but fuckin long and frizziest .. and I’m wearing my custom painted Led Zep t-shirt that I got at the State Fair.. ha.. so .. Bradley is asking ( in the above post) for anyone that has ANY information about a robbery that I was involved in.. We ( there were , I think 2 other women working with me that night ) were held at gun-point by some very very pissed off/ jacked up criminals.. it was a life changing experience.. I am very lucky to be alive ..and think about this night quite often..so. Haven’t seen the documentary (I’ll hunt it down)-this was right after the South OKC Sirloin Stockade Murders-I KNOW you had to be scared to death, I would have been.
