Much thanks to @MTVNews for not only inviting me to join the Sound On panel to discuss mental health in the black community, but also for further confirming for me why I know God has given me such a love for kids. The actionable steps I can take away from this forum are clear. We can dramatically change the course of the mental illness conversation, particularly in the black community, by addressing it at its earliest levels.
