michikokreyes I have had nothing but wonderful experiences flying with Hawaiian Airlines, great prices, flights on time, food is good, flight attendants filled with Aloha 🤙 Not a fan of Southwest and their cattle call approach, flew them frequently for work. Their flight attendants are mediocre, a drink and peanuts or now pretzels. They have destroyed my massage table on a return flight. Not even worth trying to go thru their process. I just don't use them anymore. Mahalo Hawaiian Airlines for your exemplary flights and service 🤙😊👍

jdwill06 @hawaiianairlines thanks for the response. Yes I will be filing a formal complaint as well because travel experiences is what makes vacation more enjoyable and @hawaiianairlines didn't fulfill that.
